By creating an account or using Vonland, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Last updated: September 10, 2026.
Vonland is a personal and community reflection space. It includes a staged Journey, online and anonymous modes, reflections, private notes, resonances, achievements, optional notifications, downloads and advertising. Features may vary by country, device, operating system or version.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you have not reached the age at which you may consent on your own in your country, you may only use Vonland with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for account activity. You may not impersonate others, transfer accounts or create accounts to evade restrictions.
You are responsible for reflections, notes or messages you submit. You retain your rights in your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate and distribute it within Vonland for as long as needed to provide the service. Notes identified as private are not shown to the community. You may not post hate, harassment, illegal sexual content, threats, third-party private data, spam, malware, unlawful content or material that infringes rights. We may review, restrict or remove content and act on reports to protect the community.
The Journey offers one reflection per calendar day according to the local-time rules used by the relevant feature. Stages, modes and waiting periods form part of the experience and may be adjusted. Resonances are symbolic expressions of support: they do not determine a person's worth, guarantee visibility or progress, and have no monetary value. You may not resonate with your own content, duplicate a resonance, manipulate counters or bypass limits. Achievements recognize milestones in your journey; they are symbolic, have no monetary value and do not unlock advantages or affect access to the service.
On compatible native apps, you may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad to increase your daily resonance limit by 15. The offer may be repeated when available; no purchase is required and ads are not guaranteed to be available. A reward is granted only after the advertising network confirms completion through server-side verification. A repeated, incomplete, invalid or manipulated transaction does not create another reward. Additional resonances are not money and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed or refunded. We may change, suspend or remove this feature for technical, legal, security or advertising-network reasons.
If you grant permission, Vonland may send occasional Journey reminders, including messages encouraging rest. Notifications are optional and can be disabled through your device or the app. We do not guarantee an exact frequency or delivery of every notification.
Vonland may display advertising and use third-party services, including hosting, authentication, notification, analytics and advertising providers such as Google AdSense or Google AdMob. Their own terms and policies may apply. Where required by law, we will request consent for personalized advertising and non-essential technologies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of external services.
Vonland's design, code, brand, logos, illustrations and editorial content are protected. Images or wallpapers generated through the app are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not remove branding, commercialize them or use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without authorization. User-authored text remains the property of its authors.
Vonland is a reflection tool and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for qualified support or emergency services. If there is an immediate risk to you or another person, contact local emergency services or qualified professionals.
You may not break the law; harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate; gain unauthorized access; interfere with security; scrape data; use unauthorized bots or automation; manipulate ads, rewards or resonances; reverse engineer except where legally permitted; bypass limits or blocks; or train automated systems using the service or its content without written authorization.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, ad availability, specific outcomes or accuracy of all content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vonland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of data, profits or opportunities. We do not limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
You may stop using Vonland or request account deletion from Settings using the displayed confirmations. We may restrict, suspend or close accounts for breach, abuse, advertising fraud, risk to users or security, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity or service discontinuation. Data deletion and retention are governed by the Privacy Policy.
We may change the service or these Terms with reasonable notice when a change is material. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Consumers may use courts and mechanisms recognized by local law. If you download Vonland from Apple App Store or Google Play, store terms also apply; Apple and Google are not responsible for Vonland, maintenance or support.
